Item does work.  It is super bright.  It comes with 2 bulbs.  I do not know if the bulbs are original or not.  Also, it comes in part of the I assume to be original box.  The top is missing on the box.  Some on the black paint is missing on the bottom of the bulbs.  It is a really neat piece. The box is in bad conditions with stains, rips and missing piece of box.  Please look at the photos; they are part of the description.
