Shipping & Handling

We proudly offer FREE SHIPPING on most domestic deliveries. (exceptions may apply to remote areas or for large/bulky items)

For FAST DELIVERY, your order will be processed and dispatched within one working day of payment being received (95% of the time Mon-Fri).

We use various couriers for shipping. On occasion, please understand that delivery delays may occur. Public holidays, weekends, high traffic periods, delivery to remote/rural areas, natural disasters can all prolong delivery time frames. General delivery times are between 3-7 business days. However, please allow up to 10-14 business days for remote and rural areas, especially for large or bulky items. Please do not hesitate to ask if you would like us to send you some tracking details so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Please note that in most circumstances we are unable to deliver to the following postcodes. If you fall into one of these postcodes and the item cannot be delivered, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full. Tip- you may want to consider sending the item to family/friends house within our shipping range.

For peace of mind, we offer a minimum 12 month warranty on all products. Please note that on rare occasions accessories such as adapters and chargers are not covered on the warranty so please ask before purchase if this concerns you.

Returns must be in original packaging and unused condition, proof of this must be sent by sending photos and a short video before the return can be arranged. Buyers will need to pay for return postage and a restocking fee may apply.

In the unlikely event that your item gets damaged in transit or arrives faulty, we ask that you kindly contact us within 6 days of delivery. Please provide a detailed description of the issue and clear photos/video of the damage/fault so that we can organise return and replacement.

Note: A replacement will not be issued if you do not provide clear photo’s/video, your item is misused, mistakenly installed or mishandled. Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions at all times.
