The item pictured above is the exact item that you will receive. Please look closely at photos for any signs of use/defects that I could have missed. This bag has a few small marks here and there, all pictured above. The straps both have a very small hole cut through them at the very top for further adjustment of the backpack. 

SHIPPING

I ship everywhere in the world via the Ebay Global Shipping Progam. Most of my listings include free shipping. If you order multiple items, I will combine packages to save on the shipping cost. Items are only shipped to Ebay/Paypal verified addresses. I usually ship same business day if the item is paid for before 3:00 PM (unless express shipping).

I try to reuse shipping supplies as much as possible so your package may come in a box or envelope from a different carrier or brand.
