As these are produced in house they can be personalised with your name.

Colours of the designs cannot be changed or amended in anyway.

The mugs are 11oz Superglaze, there maybe slight imperfections in the mug however this will not affect the overall appearance of the product. Any imperfections will be checked prior to print within the quality check.

They are dishwasher and microwave safe. (microwave cannot be used for long periods of time at high temperatures.) 

Personalised products are not accepted for returns unless damaged in transit which must be reported with images of the unopened packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
