USED Polyscience Sousvide Pro Chef Series SVC-AC2E 220 VOLT Immersion Circulator / Sous VIDE.

This is the Pro Chef Version for COMMERCIAL APPLICATIONS and KITCHENS and CHEF's. 

Does 8 gallons (30 liters).  Specification sheet in photos and below.

THIS model number is the 220-240V ~50/60 Hz Version.  WILL NOT WORK CORRECTLY ON 110-120V...may damage internals.

This is a PROFESSIONAL, COMMERCIAL Sous Vide/ Immersion Circulator Machine!

It comes with the OEM plug FROM the unit, however, it does not have the WALL PLUG, since every country is sometimes different in regards to 220 Volt. You can get one from POLYSCIENCE, or an electrician can make you one.

After purchasing, I can email you the manual etc.

ONLY comes with the IMMERSION CIRCLUATOR, DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TUB!!! AGAIN, the OEM plug FROM the unit is attached, but, the PLUG you NEED to the OUTLET, you can either order from Polyscience or have an electrician make you one!

IF, you would like me to make you one, send me a pic of your receptacle, and I will make you one for an additional $75.00 (plug included), but I'd rather you get one from a local electrician or POLYSCIENCE directly.

IF you live in EUROPE, and are already on 220 Volt, you'll have one laying around or can buy one in an electronics store, 3 prong, 220 volt computer cable.  IN THE USA, our 220 Plugs are VERY DIFFERENT!

It was used very rarely on a professional Yacht.  As you can see, is in EXCELLENT condition, but it is USED!
