Shipping: We use USPS, Ups or FedEx to ship. We do not drop ship. If we have it listed, we have it in our possession. We offer combined shipping if ordering more than one item. Once your order is made we try to ship as soon as possible. Always within 3 days but usually in 1 or 2. We will ship to Ebay’s provided address only. If you want your purchase shipped to a different address then you will need to change your address for your Ebay account before purchase. We are not responsible for any lost items caused by invalid mailing addresses or items delivered to the incorrect address provided. 

Returns: We accept returns on all items within 30 days of the day it was received. Items must be in their original condition including all tags, labels, and or packaging in order to be accepted. As per Ebay's condition of item’s returned policy: 

“If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package. 

If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, some sellers might provide a partial refund to account for the loss in the item's value.”
