Items 6ft x 4ft and over require your assistance at delivery.
Detailed delivery email is sent to your eBay registered email address (check Spam/Junk).
Delivery to Mainland UK only between 7am and 8pm.
Should the 1st Delivery Fail due to a customer issue a Redelivery charge of £25 will be applied. Should this lead to the cancellation of an order this charge will be deducted from any refund.

All returns and exchanges must be in the original packaging (where the packaging was supplied).
We use Fragilistics Special Mirror Delivery Service for returns. Contact us through eBay message to arrange.
A collection and restocking fee of £25 per item will be deducted from your refund.
We are unable to accept the item without original packaging as we are unable to give back to our supplier for a refund and the courier will not collect these fragile items without it.
