New, never opened.  This item is new, but I did buy it in a store, and it sat on a shelf before I found it.  It is in great shape, but if you are looking for a mint or graded item, please consider going elsewhere.  This item probably meets your needs, but I don't want to deal with the headache if you find an imperfection.  I have sold thousands of items going back over 15 years, and have very few complaints.  All of my items are kept in a warm, dry, smoke free environment.
