Pre-owned, on the back center where the seam is sewn together there is a small hole. On the front left shoulder the photo looks like a stain, it's possible but the lighting highlights it. There is a material darkening there and elsewhere on the jacket.
Shoulder to shoulder 19". Arms 24". Bust 22 1/2". Top to bottom 33 1/2".
To measure I lay the item flat and measure the shoulder to shoulder at the top seams to the arms. The arms, from the shoulder seam to the end of the arm. For the bust I lift the arms and measure the bottom of the arms' seams straight across. The top to bottom from the top of the collar to the bottom of the item.
