OK, so the United States Postal Service has included INSURANCE for every item shipped PRIORITY. Therefore, since I ship all DOMESTIC items PRIORITY (unless specified differently), all items come with $50 FREE INSURANCE. IF your item/items arrive to you broken, I sincerely apologize, however, you must bring your entire package to your local PO and file a claim with them. This is how it works, since I charge a shipping fee to you & you pay me, YOU are purchasing the insurance for your item. So YOU must file a claim with the PO. Returns are only offered for merchandise that "I" ship out incorrectly. So, please understand, I only accept returns for items that are shipped out in error by seller. (Wrong item received). Any damaged items, you will have to take up with shipping company. Damaged items are the sole responsibility of the BUYER.
