Disney size US 13 - hard to find size

NOTE: I have not tried to wash out spots leaving up to buyer—- spots not sure if stained or of spot treatment will come out. Hard to see many as under the layers of tulle but some on top too. Some pictures with arrows of spots. But may have missed a few. See pictures and review all please. Selling as fair for this reason and as is.

Still a great dress for Halloween to dress up or be a witch or cosplay or west during a disneyland park trip for oogie boogie bash!
