New Hejnar Photo Quick Release 4.00 inch rail with ridge and two QD ( quick detach) socket. All single mounting hole lenses required anti twisting ridge to prevent lens rotating when mounted. Plate incorporate Quick Detach socket to attached a standard push-button QD mount. Use the QD socket to attached a standard push-button QD mount. QD system has been used for years by industries around the world including NASA, law enforcement and military agencies. The design inhibits accidental removal, especially when the camera is hanging from the strap. Attach your favorite strap to the clamp, then mount the clamp to any of Arca Type plates , L brackets or Foot Replacements. Straps are available at eBay, Amazon, Cabala's, Bass Pro and other stores with sporting fishing and military equipment. My favorite strap is Black Rapid

- 3/8 inch thick plus 1/8 ridge height.
- One captive style slot.
- Slot is positioned 0.625 inch from ridge to slot center and 0.75 inch from edge to slot center.
- Double-dovetail design allows for dual clamping surfaces on rail
- Two safety stops. This prevents free fall when the clamp is not fully closed. (M3 screws)
