Pokemon Card Forretress 2/75 Neo Discovery Holo Rare WOTC DAMAGED.

Card is in a poor/damaged condition. The front of the card has several creases, tear at the top of card, pen mark and damage to corners and side of card. Also there are several scratches on the holo. The back of the card also has several creases with marks and has whitening/fading. Please see pictures.

Card will be sent in a penny sleeve and toploader.
