The book is in good condition, especially considering its age.  There is some minor wear to the cover just due to basic use, age, or shelf wear.  The back cover is very loose (see pics.)  Other than that, the book is in very good condition (I was in-between "good" and "very good" so, I choose "good").  Please see photos for addition info. on condition.

I looked through the book.  The text is clean.  I saw no underlining, highlighting, etc.
