in factory sealed packaging.. package has NOT been opened/used… listed as “used” due to package & figure are not mint condition. Also, the extra rubber band DC used to hold the tongue in place (around his neck) has dissolved…the string necklace is still fine. u can see the remnants of the "dissolving" rubber bands that hold the figure to the plastic in the package.. some even have paint from tongue rubbed on front of package. See pics. Perfect for an opener to display/play with.
