Most of our items come from local storage auctions. We do
our best to test all items to the best of our abilities and clearly state it’s
condition.
Item details: Unless otherwise specified, all items are
sold AS-IS, no refunds or exchanges! Please ask any questions you may have and
bid accordingly! What you see is EXACTLY what you get, nothing more or less.
Any testing that has been done will begin listed in the description.
Payment terms: We accept PayPal or cash at local pick up.
If we do not receive payment within 3 days, we will assume you are forfeiting
the auction and the item will no longer be available to buyer.
International Buyers: We reserve the right to accept or
decline international PayPal and credit cards.
Shipping Terms:
!!!FREIGHT SHIPPING!!! To any commercial address with
loading dock or forklift. If you need it delivered to a residential address the
carrier will bill you an extra fee directly (roughly $150 to
$250 or maybe even more depending on where you live). PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY SHIP
TO THE ADDRESS EBAY GIVES US FOR YOU. If you only have a residential address
and want to save money on the residential delivery fee, please message us
BEFORE you buy and we’ll walk you through the process. *****Please be advised
we only will ship to the address that eBay gives us for you and you will be
responsible for any extra fees from the carrier due to a residential delivery.

***Very important!! Please un-pallet your item and check it
for any damage before you sign the paperwork and the driver leaves!!! By
signing the paperwork and let the drive leave you are excepting that the item
is “as described” in the eBay listing.
*Buyer agrees to pay for shipping and packaging fees listed
in the eBay ad. International buyers please pay for shipping charges to your
country. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
*In case of returns buyer is responsible for all shipping
fees. (Domestic or International)
*Your phone number is required for shipping purposes so
please provide your phone number with all correspondence.
*Please note that calculated shipping is based on UPS.
However, we reserve the right to ship for the same cost via FedEx or another
carrier. We prefer to ship by FedEx, UPS or USPS.

*We are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping
or freight carriers. We do insure all packages and will provide proof of
insurance if needed to file a claim.
Packaging: All items are packaged to the shipping
guidelines per carrier. Freight shipments are strapped to a pallet and
cellophane wrapped.
Feedback: We appreciate Positive feedback. We leave
feedback as soon as we get feedback from you. If you have any problems with
your item, please let us know ASAP so we can do our best to resolve any issues.
Returns: When accepted, returns must be approved prior to
items being shipped back. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays shipping (original and
return charges). Item must be returned in the same condition it was sold in
(example “New”, “Unopened”, “Sealed”, “Working”, etc.). All components and
accessories included in original listing must be returned. Tracking information
must be provided for return shipment. Insurance is required for return
shipments. We will not be held responsible for damage during return shipment.
Extra charges may apply to any returns that do not comply with these terms.
Although every effort has been made to photograph and
describe this item accurately and completely, it is being sold "As
Is" with no warranties expressed or implied. If it's not in the picture,
it probably doesn't come with it. Please ask.
We do not accept responsibility for damage after the item
leaves our location. It will leave our building in good condition. Filing of
damage claims with the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Please inspect your items upon receipt. Any damages must be documented with the
freight carrier before they depart your location. We insure ALL of our
shipments and take photographs when they are wrapped prior to shipping.
Shipping Damages: Unfortunately, shipping damage and total
loss is an issue among the freight industry. Even though we crate, palatalize,
and use protective materials on our items, we sometimes cannot control
mishandling or damages that may occur while in transit. If there is any damage,
it must be indicated on the Bill of Lading that the driver gives you to sign. If you
do not examine the merchandise and you still sign for it, you will NOT be able
to file a claim or hold the shipper responsible. Freight companies
are able to deny millions of dollars in damages because items were not
inspected at the time of delivery and were not marked as "damaged" on
the Bill of Lading. If your item has been crated, please expect to uncrate it
and inspect it before the driver has left and before you sign for it. A driver
is obligated to wait. If he or she tries to rush you or you are in any way
unhappy with the delivery, ask to speak to his or her dispatcher. You may also
contact us for assistance.
Shipping Practices: If you are running a business out of
your home, you are still classified as a residence. Freight is generally bulky
and heavy. This means that it must be lowered to the ground from the truck,
which is usually 3-5 feet off of the ground. If you do not have a loading dock
or a forklift at your delivery site, you will need to use the truck's lift gate
to lower the item to the ground. Freight companies charge a separate fee for
this service so please let us know if you do or do not require a lift gate on
delivery.
Inside Delivery: Unless you pay for and make arrangements
to have the freight company bring your item(s) inside, they will not do it.
Freight deliveries are sidewalk / curbside only. You must have the tools and
man power to uncrate your item and bring it inside. The driver is not required
to provide any tools or assistance.
We also cannot warranty equipment. Warranties are only
available from the manufacturer on new equipment for a limited time. If you
prefer a warranty, we suggest you pay the higher cost for new equipment. We
test every piece we are capable of, prior to sending it out. We have tested
this item and show it working in our pictures, but please be aware we are
selling this item ‘AS IS’ and make no claims to the functionality of the item
once it leaves our facility. We sell our equipment at a deep discount from the
new price and want you to consider it as NOT WORKING regardless of the pictures
so you understand that if you need a part like a thermostat or something... we
do not account for this.
On refrigeration equipment, because the solder holding
lines together becomes brittle over time, vibrations during shipping could
cause it to crack and lead to a refrigeration leak. Occasionally an item we
listed as “cooling” may no longer cool after shipping. Your cost to repair and
recharge the system should be minimal. We do not cover this or accept returns
because of this. Please understand we do not send an item that is not working
unless specifically stated as such, so any refrigerated item that is not
cooling once received probably needs to be checked out on your end. Again, we
sell our equipment at a deep discount compared to the cost of new equipment. We
cannot then be expected to make a repair as well. This is why we make sure it
works properly before sending it to you the customer. Our reputation is very
important to us and we work very hard at listing only our best equipment for
sale, stating it accurately and honestly in the listing, and sending out only a
quality product. Thank you for your interest in our equipment. PLEASE INSPECT
THE PICTURES CAREFULLY.
If your item includes free shipping and you decide to
return it for any reason, the shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
In some cases, we do accept returns, but not for a claim of “Item doesn’t match
the description” since we claim nothing towards the functionality.
