Antique Rookwood Bookends Girl on Bench Turquoise Blue Glaze 2246 Circa 1925
Antique Rookwood bookends, called Girl on Bench, in a beautiful
turquoise blue glaze. Lovely bookends of a young girl sitting on a bench with
a book in one hand. These bookends were made in 1925, according to the
marking on the bottom. They were designed by William McDonald, and are a
highly desired set. They are 5 1/2" tall and 4 1/4" wide. They are in
excellent condition, with no cracks, chips or repairs, or crazing. These are heavy, sturdy
bookends, together they weigh over 6 lbs. A lovely pair of bookends that
will enhance any bookshelf.
