Extreme care is taken in packing china, glass and fragile items, using extensive bubble wrap, tape, peanuts and often double boxing so there is a small contribution charged for the packing materials used . PLEASE bear in mind that good packing means lots of time and bubble wrap! So the cost of posting to you so that your goods arrive undamaged is not just what you see on the postage label, as I usually add in a contribution towards my packing material costs.

Everything I sell is Antique or 'Vintage' and in second hand condition so will have the signs of age & use  ie:- a touch of dust or surface dirt, utensil scratches, gilt wear, stilt marks, light natural crazing and firing faults, rubbing to decoration, small scratches and marks to the surface.None of these are damage but part of the ageing and/or manufacturing process
These things make an antique ... Not break it !!!
