White lava cameo in high relief depicting a woman with a bird in her hand clothed in draping fabric with curly hair. The setting has apples and leaves surrounding the cameo. Measures 5x6cm and 4cm in depth. Made of lava rock and thinly forged and repousé sheet of brass, circa 1860s grand tour era. in very good condition.
