Disc has been resurfaced to remove the vast majority of any medium/heavy scratches and has been restored to playable condition. You may be able to see very light swirl scratches at certain angles in direct light or other very light scratches (this is due to the disc being resurfaced and does not affect the playability of the disc in any way). Overall the disc is in pretty good condition and has been tested to make sure it plays. Game case does have some light surface wear but overall still in good condition.
