• All Items are shipped from United Kingdom via Royal Mail Service.
• Will ONLY ship to the Delivery address as stated by buyers during check-out.
• All Friday & Saturday orders will be dispatched on Monday but on some occasions, will be dispatched on Saturday prior to 12pm.
• Please allow up to 3 days before inquiring about orders not received after the expected date of delivery.

Return Policy

• If any item is found defective upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible. 
• All returns will be processed via Ebay Returns(see ebay for details).
• Returned item has to be in its original condition along with any accessories. Once item received, will undergo testing to identify  the issue(as communicated by customer). Refund is the ONLY option available.
