This sheet is new old stock, however another items' sticker came off of it in storage and it stuck to this which pulled some surface off a bit. This has never been used, But it has the sticker residue removal portion shown in the pictures and it also has quite a few dents in it from storage. It measures 3 mm which is very close to 1.16 of an inch shown on the ruler.
