You can use dry application method for this vinyl application . 

First please clean the surface properly and make it dry using cleaning cloth or alcohol wipes. 

Then lay down vinyl on the surface slowly and use soft edge of squeegee at 45 degree angle .

When applying vinyl on curved surfaces then you can use heat gun or hair dryer .

To stick and lift vinyl multiple times please do it slowly and with heat gun .
