We are a small, family-owned business which is ran from a home office in Australia.

Here at Rachael K Lingerie, we know how hard it can be to find sexy, affordable and high-quality lingerie, especially in Australia. Which is exactly why we have more than 900 different garments in stock, which includes 700 garments in our Plus Size Collection!

All of our garments have been tested to ensure each piece is comfortable and supportive while also being crafted from high quality, comfortable and luxurious fabrics.

Lingerie has the power to make women feel incredible about themselves and it can truly uplift a woman’s spirit and confidence levels so we want all women, no matter what their size is, to feel confident, sexy and empowered through their lingerie.

Postage – Rachael K Lingerie offers free standard shipping throughout Australia with the option to upgrade to express post. We also offer international shipping to the UK, US, Canada, NZ and Europe. Pricing for Express and International Shipping can be found at check-out. We currently ship via Australia Post. International buyers are responsible for paying any import fees or taxes, please check with your postal services to find out approximate charges.

Handling - Your order will be posted within three business days to the address provided to us by eBay, please ensure your delivery details on your account are correct. 

Packaging - All orders are sent in a plain satchel or envelope, with only delivery details on it. 

Extra information - eBay's delivery dates are not a guaranteed delivery date. Please do not rely on these dates. If you require your order by a specific date, please message us to confirm if it is possible.

Please ensure to read our return policy entirely before purchasing from Rachael K . If you have any issues with your order, please contact our team within two days. If you contact us outside of this time-frame, please know that we may not be able to help resolve your issues. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.

Any garments returned to our office are required to be in brand new condition, in original packaging. Each item is inspected upon receiving back and if there are any issues found, we may be unable to assist you.

Faulty item – if your item is faulty, please do not worry. Please send through some images and information regarding the fault and we can discuss how best to proceed. Please note, the faulty item will be required to be returned to us.

Exchange due to incorrect size – please choose your size carefully by using the size chart in the garment description. We do understand it can be difficult purchasing online, so if you do happen to order the incorrect size by accident, we are more than happy to exchange the garment for the correct size or another item of the same value.

Refunds – please know that refunds are not available unless there is a manufacturers fault. This is for the best interest of each of our customer’s health and safety. If for any reason, there is a refund being processed for you by management, there is a restocking fee of 25% of your total order price.

Cancelling your order – Any cancellations prior to postage will incur a surcharge to cover non-refundable fees. Please follow our usual return policy for cancellations after your order has been posted.

Sizing - Please ensure you order as per the size charts provided, each Lingerie Boutique's sizing can differ and by ordering by your measurements, you can be sure you are ordering the correct size. Please note, the size on the tag may say letter sizing (for example 'M'), not numeral sizing (for example '10') - this is because the letter sizing is not in AU sizing as we sell our pieces. If you are ever concerned you received the wrong size, please contact us and we would be more than happy to confirm. 

Size Chart - As our size chart measurements were all measured by hand, please allow 1-2cm difference in case of error. All measurements on our size chart are stretched.


Colours - The colour of your garment may differ slightly due to individual screen settings on computers and mobile phones.
