Libby Jones transforms from sleeping beauty to sexy diva by putting on stockings, corset, leather dress and spike-heeled pumps.

‘The Captured Chastised & Converted’ pictorial abbreviates the Selbee foto-fiction booklet. Two roommates chastise a pretty cat burglar, then dress her in lacy undies, garter belt, nylons and heels.

One picture collection shows pretty legs in stockings. Stockings predominate in Photos from Readers, but boots, leather, stockings, corsets and rubber also appear there.

Letters from readers explore diverse subjects. Writers discuss the domination of husbands, the lure of leather, stockings, high heels, and boots, and praise Bizarre Life magazine.

One article claims that kinky parties have become more popular than wife-swapping. At these bizarre events, the losers of contests are stripped, spanked, and humiliated in front of everyone present. A piece about the sensuality of high heels explains that sex appeal motivates their design and deployment. Photos and illustrations prove the premise.

Three works of fiction span varied interests.

• Miss Marchant’s Diary of Discipline is a lengthy piece that describes how painful spankings with cane and strap enforce discipline in a girls’ school. In the second episode, Miss Marchant discovers Elizabeth cheating during a test. Elizabeth asks for punishment in lieu of expulsion, and her teacher enjoys the accommodation. In the classroom, Miss Marchant takes her student across her lap. They adjourn to her bedroom for a noisy session with a wide leather strap.

• Part Two of “A Call to Skirts” is a first-person narrative about a young man who enjoys the look and feel of feminine attire and introduces fetish-wear to his sister. The story is illustrated by a set of small photographs, only roughly related to the text.

‘Hitch Hiker in Leather Boots’ Co-workers Carol and Jo pick up Lily and invite her to spend the rainy weekend at their cabin. There, Lily trains them to walk in boots with extremely high heels, and swings a belt when they err.

One of the nicest features of this issue is an abundance of excellent illustrations by Messrs. Bilbrew and Stanton. In addition to the fourth episode of Sweeter Gwen, six pages present an assortment of fine (some look like covers) Stanton drawings, including the six he did for Escape into Bondage. Mr. Bilbrew's contributions consist mainly of his sexy boot and shoe designs.
