“Logging” (1940s) 8mm Film Home Movie, Load Unload Trucks, River, Woods, Crane

Film has great footage of a 1940s logging operation with logs being rolled off the trucks and into the river, guys hooking up logs to cables and hauling them up the hill onto the trucks in the woods. Logging was a tremendously hard job, but the skill these guys had is impressive.

FILM CONDITION:

Film appears to be in very good shape, ran smoothly on a vintage Revere projector and has no detectable vinegar syndrome.

The flickering on the video is the iPhone trying to adjust not the film.
