All cartridges and their pins will be cleaned.
My condition/ratings system is this:
Mint (M): Games do not receive this rating lightly. The cartridge pins look perfectly clean with no scratches. The label will look pristine with no marks or scratches, and the back of the cartridge will also be scratch free. If it has a save battery, it will be working.
Near Mint (NM): The Cartridge pins may have some small scratches but these will be minor and light. There will be no damage to the label but it may have minor indentations. The back may have some minor, light scratches. if it has a save battery it will be working.
Very Good (VG): The cartridge pins will have many light scratches and possibly a few deeper ones as well. There may be some slight damage to the label or writing on it. The back will have noticeable scratches but the casing will all be in tact. I will specify at the top of a listing with this rating if it has a working save battery.
Good (G): The cartridge pins will have many scratches but not so many it fails to boot. The label may be partially torn or entirely missing and the back will have many deep scratches. You should assume any save battery is not working.
Acceptable: (A): The cartridge will boot, but will not have any guarantee of condition. It may be cracked or chipped and if there's a screw it may be missing. You should assume any save battery is not working.
