FOUND! 

After walking by this abandoned toy Ferrari Sportscar in a park for several days, I decided to bring it home, test it and clean it up. This car might be a small R/C car as it requires three AA batteries. I put new batteries in it, turned the switch on and nothing happened. It might be because I don't have the controller for it, or it just may not work. Anyway, this poor little fellow is in need of a Ferrari Collector's home, and it comes WITHOUT any batteries.
