A unique book with stories and testimonies about Cuban prisoners of war and deportees during the war of independence against Spain. The author, Pablo de la Concepcion, was a sergeant in the Fifth Corps of the Cuban Liberation Army. He recounts his entire experience since he was taken prisoner while fighting in the Manigua until his deportation to Spain and his transfer to Ceuta where he remained in captivity until his release.

The Book is signed by the author in a dedication to a friend. First Edition with Illustrations.
