Please select your choice of postage during the checkout process. Items are either sent via UPS, DPD, FedEx, Royal Mail 48 and Royal Mail 24. Please rest assured, we provide a tracking number with all orders.

As we sell 90% lighting goods we also understand the importance of posting items in a safe manner to ensure they reach our customers in one piece. All items are packaged with impeccable care and will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment.

All orders placed before 4pm are able to be sent out the same day. If the product is listed for sale we have the item available for a same day dispatch. For urgent orders please feel free to send us a kind email or give us a call to ensure your order arrives next day.

If you are unhappy with your product you can return the item within 30 days. We ask you to first contact us to say you are returning the goods through the eBay returns process.Please then package the item with care and return it to the address below:
