Top Flight measures about 50 inches long, by 22" wide. The solid black one is about 48 inches long, by 19 inches long. The Top Flight bag has padding at the top built into the design. The Top Flight bag on the bottom has some wear scratches in the material as shown in the last 2 pictures.  The sold black bag has a rectangular area of material removed on the side as seen in the pics.  It was a handle to fit outside it.
