Original Ford ball type rear view mirror extension bracket that was removed from a 1964 Park Lane and it was original to quite a few other years and models part #C4SB-17690-A (This is what I found out when re-searching so please make sure it will fit your car).   It's in mint condition with no repairs, damage and the chrome is very bright with no pitting.  Also, there will not be any brokerage or any other hidden fees and I always combine shipping on multiple purchases and don't forget to check out my Ebay Store for other great deals on original parts.
