4. All parts are covered with 1 year warranty, or - in case of the service parts (ie. filters) 6000 miles. Special warranty conditions may apply to SRT-8 and SRT-10 models and also some other post 2018 build engines where 0W/40 or 0W/20 engine oil is used. See oil manufacturer label for Terms & Conditions.
Product warranty does not cover failure due to misapplication, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper service practices or modifications, and may be void if the purchased from us installed component was used for:
* any type of racing or competition;
* any off-road use, custom or modified applications;
* any off-road or dual sport motorcycle/ ATV use
* any illegal highway use, marine, or industrial applications.
5. Please note that any labour costs claimed may be rejected if - once verified - were proved to be as a non-genuine.
