Toys Alliance makes some of the nicest Acid Rain figures.  This is a boxed set containing the VERY FIRST RELEASE of BUCK'S TEAM "ARGUS" figure. We are a USA seller and only have a few items to list.  We are not a toy store and we do not have cases.  The sealed boxed pictures shown are your actual item. The loose item photos are stock pictures.  This is an unused and unopened item being shipped from the USA in unused near mint or better condition.  The box sleeve is in beautiful condition.  The eight corners clean and sharp with perhaps only slight wear from travel and storage. Nothing terribly noticeable to picture.  The outside plastic is NOT ripped or torn.  Not all of these "boxed figures" were sold sealed but specific direct distributors in China wrap them for travel when ordered directly.  It is very difficult to find the first wave BUCK'S TEAM figures.  It is even more difficult to find ones that have sealed (or as packaged by manufacturer) accessories.  We guarantee the authenticity of this item and it is an original TA Acid Rain set.  

***BEWARE!*** If you are ordering from overseas, shipping can take up to two months... they don’t tell you this but it is true. As buyers we no longer purchase from overseas sellers since we’ve had our orders cancelled after sellers have had our money for actual months! The orders we did receive took six weeks and they were mangled and required import fees. You don't want to try and initiate a return with an overseas seller, it's just plain scary.
