NM-MT.  For patch cards, default shipping is with the ebay standard envelope to keep costs down. However, patch cards sometimes develop creases around the patch window in the standard envelope. No refunds/returns if these develop in transit. I do my best to package in such a way that no damage is incurred, but this can’t be guaranteed.
