Speedometer Corrector (with Pulley)

  • 75- mph Cruise, ~3100 rpm: 32 Tooth Overdrive Transmission Pulley, ~10% change (1200
  • 70- mph Cruise, ~3100 rpm: 30 Tooth Overdrive Transmission Pulley, ~3% (1200) to ~11% (883) change
  • 65- mph Cruise, ~3000 rpm: 29 Tooth Overdrive Transmission Pulley ,~7% (883 only) change (same final gearing as a 1200)
883, 2004-Up: 
  • 75- mph Cruise, ~3400 rpm: 32 Tooth Front & 66 Tooth Rear Pulleys, ~17% change (same final gearing as a 1200 with a 30 tooth)
  • 70- mph Cruise, ~3300 rpm: 32 Tooth Overdrive Transmission Pulley, ~14% change (883, same final gearing as a 1200)
  • 65- mph Cruise, ~3200 rpm: 30 Tooth Overdrive Transmission Pulley, ~7.1% change
  • 60- mph Cruise, ~3100 rpm: 29 Tooth Overdrive Transmission Pulley, ~3.5% change 
  • Increase MPH in Each Gear:
    • You won't have to wind it out just to keep up with traffic anymore!
    • You can actually "use" 1st, 2nd & 3rd!
  • Reduce Highway Engine RPM:
    • 32 Tooth: Modifications are required to pulley cover and matching case standoffs. Visit website for photos and instructions, SportsterStuff.webs.com.
      • 1991-2003, 32TS-1: Same as changing rear pulley to a 55 tooth. Sport models may require a 130 belt or shorter shocks.
      • 2004-Up, 32TS-2: Gives 883's the same final ratio as 1200's, gives 1200's an "overdrive" 5th gear
    • 30 Tooth: No modifications required, except XR's require modifying the inside of the pulley cover.
      • 1991-2003, 30TS-1: This is one more tooth than a stock 1200
      • 2004-Up, 30TS-2: Gives 883's more mph in every gear, still lower than 1200's; two more teeth than stock.
