All goods are sent Speedpak standard mail delivery. The majority of our customers receive their goods within 10-15 working days.

We will ship out the package within 1 business days after the payment cleared.

We will only ship to the address provided on eBay while you place your order so please check it before placing order.

Buyers are responsible to collect the parcel on the given delivery address. We aren't obliged to refund the postage cost if Courier Company couldn't succeed to deliver after multiple attempts of delivery. Please make sure to collect the parcel if missed contact your nearby Royal mail or Hermes depot to arrange a redelivery.

International buyer is responsible for the applicable import duty and local tax, if any.

We offer a 30 days return policy, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then you can return it for a full refund.

A refund will only be processed after 30 days of the purchase for item not received or lost during transit.

The item must be received back in its original packaging and condition, the buyer pays for return postage.
