Up for sale is VTG Arcor Play Safe Streamline Red Toy Race Car - MADE IN USA - Tire with Chip.

The pictures are of the actual item that you will receive.  Overall condition is good for the age.  I am not sure exactly what material the car and tires are made out of.  One of the tires does have a small chip in it.
