This is an antique, EAPG, VERY RARE, Tall, Footed 'Sandwich Shell' Milk Glass, Pitcher with applied handle

and floral design.

Maker is unknown on this piece and is ID'd as such: 

'Sandwich Shell, by Unknown Maker, Unknown Date,

NOTE: Attributed by Barlow and Kaiser to the Boston and Sandwich Glass Co.'

as per the EAPG Society's database. 

This exact pitcher-mine here, is one of the pitchers in the pics in the database, that I submitted to them.

Dimensions are:
12.0" high, 5.0" dia. at widest area.

It is in great condition!!
