SHIPPING: Within 24 hours of Ebay notification of payment Monday through Thursday. Friday payments may result in Saturday shipping or Monday. Shipping is always combined. When purchasing multiple items please request a combined invoice when purchasing is completed so the shipping discount may be applied.
RETURNS: We offer FULL refunds as long as the item is returned within the generous 30 DAY RETURN period and unopened in the clear 2" x 2" holder that it is in when it is shipped to you. Bullion products and coin sets are not returnable. However, I always am willing to work with any of my customers and their concerns to ultimately achieve their satisfaction. Providing the seller is faultless the return cost is borne by the buyer.
