This pretty dress is from Chaps (a Ralph Lauren division) in a misses size medium.  Navy blue base with  brown and cream pattern.  Soft and stretchy, made of 95% polyester and 5% elastane.  Machine washable.  Pullover style with stretch and a fabric tie at the side. 

Unstretched, measured from seam to seam across the front:

bust is 18.5 inches across

waist is 14 inches across

hips are 18.5 inches across

sleeves are 24 inches long

length is 39.5 inches long
