This pretty dress is from Talbot's (black label) in a misses size 12.  Fully lined, made of polyester. Machine washable.  Has an A line fit with back zipper.

bust is 20.5 inches across

waist is 17.5 inches across

hips are 24 inches across

length is 42.5 inches long
