Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after orders received and orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse between Monday and Friday. Tracking number will be provided for online progress tracking.

All our deliveries are carried out by external couriers and you should normally receive the parcels within the timeframe specified in the order detail. Please ensure your delivery and contact details before placing the order. We would do our best to rectify any delivery issues including the request of detail changes after the order confirmation however, the couriers' operation is out of our control. In the event of a delay in delivery or a mistake in the order itself, we accept no liability for any additional cost, loss of profits or other losses incurred whatsoever. In addition, late delivery does not entitle you to terminate the purchase from us, or refuse to accept the delivery.
PAYMENT

Orders will be canceled if no payment is received in 3 days. Stocks are prioritized to orders with immediate payment.

 

VAT invoice will be provided upon request.

Cancellation & Return

Before dispatch: Orders could be canceled before dispatch.

After dispatch: Dispatched orders are not able to be canceled and below policy will be applied after dispatch.

Unwanted items: Please contact us within 14 days from delivery if you are not happy with and do not want to keep your items. Unless a proof that the unwanted item is kept by you in original condition without damages is provided to us, you will be authorized and instructed to return the items. All items must be returned as received with all accessories and original packing. It is your responsibility to return the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Full refund of the cost of the items, excluding a handling cost of £4.95, or up to 10% whichever is greater given upon all conditions being met and the refund authorized only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department who will check if all the correct products have been returned and their condition The refund will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the goods by us. Shipping any goods to any address without our authorisation might lead to delay or not receiving your refund.

Faulty items: Please carefully check if the packing or your items look damaged before signing for the delivery.You must state damage on the paperwork and refuse the delivery from the courier if the packing or items look damaged. Otherwise, claim will be rejected as result. Please report faulty or missing parts within 24 hours after delivery. You should email us with a description and photos of the defects. We will contact you for sending out spare parts or replacement units after assessing the damage.
If you decide not having the missing parts or replacement units and want to cancel the order for refund, 'Unwanted items' policy will be applied which will be at your own expense.

The address on my order is wrong, can this be changed?
For security reason, we are unable to change your address once the order has been confirmed and paid. In this instance, we advise you to contact us to cancel the order, and then purchase the item again with the correct delivery address.

I have missed my delivery! What will happen now?
The courier will leave a card at the delivery location and re-attempt delivery on the next working day. They will also outline further guidelines with respect to rearrangement of delivery or the option to collect from your local depot.

I would like my parcel to be left in a secure location, can this be done?
If you request for the goods to be left (without a signature), we will do our best to notify the courier/driver prior to their arrival. We are not liable for any theft/damage/loss that may occur ONCE delivery has taken place.
