1) Payment - Payment must be made within 48 hours of purchase. If there is no prior arrangement with Seller to extend the payment window, a nonpayment claim will be filed with eBay after 48 hours. Seller reserves the right to refuse the attempt to repurchase after a nonpayment claim has been submitted against Buyer.
2) Shipping - Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 2 business days of Seller receiving payment. Seller reserves the right to refuse shipping outside of the United States (please contact Seller prior to purchase).
3) Returns - Seller does not accept returns or issue refunds. All images are Seller's own and not manipulated; any potential defects on pre-owned items are noted in listing and images. Items marked as pre-owned are sold as-is. As in accordance with eBay's Returns policy, the following are not considered valid reasons for issuing a return: slight variations in color due to differing computer/mobile screen settings, smell sensitivities, and natural striations in leather. For shoes, fit is not a valid reason for return; if you are unsure of sizing, please contact Seller for additional measurements before purchase. Any attempts at a fraudulent return through eBay or PayPal will be reported to law enforcement and a report filed with IC3.
