Includes carrying case with built-in charging base, RC controller and mini helicopter.

The charging base unit requires 6 AA batteries (not included) and the RC controller requires 3 AAA batteries (not included)

The base unit and controller turn on with batteries.  The helicopter won't turn on.  No sure why.  No further testing done.  I am selling for parts and as-is.  No returns.
