items, we will always try to combine postage and packaging costs.
Due
to charges levied by our delivery agents, some Highland & Island
locations incur a surcharge when being delivered by courier. In these
instances, we will attempt to use an alternative delivery service, but
this is not always possible.

Elite Consumables ship most goods within 24hrs of cleared payment on a next
day delivery service* (Next day is defined as the next working day i.e.
Friday pm-Sunday orders will be shipped Monday)
In most cases, orders received before 1pm are shipped the same day.
Orders are dispatched on one of the following services. (Details are within each listing)
- Royal Mail First Class
- Royal Mail Second Class
- Courier Delivery (24hr*)
All
customers should expect to receive their orders within 2-4 days
maximum. If goods have not been delivered after 4 days, please contact
us and we will be able to advise you of our remedial action.
