Nice antique / vintage condition

The plaque at the base says "Ultra-Violet" on top and "Infra-Red" on the bottom with On and Off in the center. The two levers work well and smoothly. The lamp is on 4 caster wheels that move well and make it easy to move. The metal mesh grate over the lamp shade is removable for changing bulb, etc.

Adjustable height as well as shade angle

We plugged it in and tested it - the heat cones created heat, however this cord seems to be an update from the original and is probably not the right gauge for the heat motor inside, so we suggest having it replaced with thicker wire if you'll be using it (or at least have it checked and approved by an electrician). 

We don't know what type of bulb goes in the center (it has a large sized socket which looks to be a "mogul" size). Untested socket. 

The painted finish has some wear and a bit of loss, but is mostly in tact and looks great. 

Display it as it is, or have it rewired as a floor lamp - so fun!
