New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1919. An unusually nice copy of the first edition, first printing. Bound in publisher's tan boards tamped in dark brown over brown spine cloth. Near Fine with rubbing through boards at corners, slight fading to spine cloth with light wear at ends. Contents tanned and lightly thumbed. A fantastic example of a book usually found in much worse condition.
