FAQ (in aggiornamento continuo):

1. Come funziona?
    Dedicherò il mio tempo libero per ottenere un platino / 100% con il vostro profilo PSN tramite la mia console (Non sto vendendo il gioco in questione). Per fare ciò, dopo l'acquisto avrò bisogno dei dati di accesso.
2. Come viene calcolato il prezzo?
   Numero di ore MINIME stimate necessarie per ottenere il platino/100% * 6? (il minimo per una dignitosa paga oraria).
   Il numero di ore mediamente necessarie per completare un gioco può essere consultato sui vari siti di guide ai trofei. A seconda di abilità personale e della conoscenza del titolo, le ore necessarie possono diminuire. Eccezioni sono quei trofei che, prescindendo dall'abilità, richiedono tot ore per essere ottenuti.
3. Dopo quanto tempo, dal momento dell'acquisto, ti dedicherai al titolo?
   Se nella mia biografia trovate scritto "Game in progress: titolo" significa che al momento mi sto dedicando ad un altro platino, contattatemi per sapere di quanto tempo necessito prima di passare al vostro. Altrimenti, una volta ottenuti i dati di accesso, installerò e completerò il gioco nel minor tempo possibile.
4. Si può richiedere un titolo non presente nell'elenco?
   Certamente, considerate però che se non è presente sicuramente non lo possiedo e probabilmente non l'ho mai giocato, ciò comporta due cose: potrei aver bisogno di un tempo maggiore rispetto a quello segnalato dalle guide e devo acquistarne una copia. Se il costo del titolo è sbilanciato nei confronti di quello del servizio mi riservo il diritto di non accettare. In ogni caso, trovo ovviamente divertente affrontare nuove sfide! Stupitemi!
5. Riguardo i giochi online
   Se un titolo ha alcuni o tutti i trofei ottenibili solo giocando online, con o senza altri giocatori, vi invito a scrivermi e chiedere conferma del prezzo prima di acquistare il servizio. Alcuni titoli potrebbero avere i server chiusi o non disponibili, altri diventano più difficili con il passare del tempo ed il restringersi della base d'utenza. In quest'ultimo caso, dopo le opportune verifiche, vi comunicherò il nuovo prezzo.

1. How does it work? I will dedicate my free time to get a platinum / 100% with your PSN profile via my console (I am not selling the game in question).To do this, after purchase I'll need the profile details.
2. How is the price calculated?
   Estimated MINIMUM number of hours needed to earn platinum/100% * ?6 (minimum for a decent hourly wage). The average number of hours needed to complete a game can be consulted on the various trophy guide sites. Depending on personal skill and knowledge of the title, the hours required may decrease. Exceptions are those trophies which, regardless of skill, require a certain number of hours to obtain.
3. How long after purchase will you dedicate yourself to the title? If you find "Game in progress: title" written in my biography, it means that I'm currently working on another platinum, contact me to find out how much time I need before moving on to yours. Otherwise, once I have my login details, I will install and complete the game as quickly as possible.
4. Can I request a title that is not on the list? 
   Of course, however, consider that if it is not present I certainly do not own it and have probably never played it, this involves two things: I may need more time than that indicated by the guides and I'll need to buy a copy. If the cost of the title is unbalanced compared to that of the service I reserve the right not to accept.. In any case, I obviously find it fun to face new challenges! Surprise me!
5. About online games
   If a title has some or all of the trophies that can only be obtained by playing online, with or without other players, I invite you to write to me and ask for confirmation of the price before purchasing the service. Some titles may have servers closed or unavailable, others become more difficult as time passes and the user base shrinks. In the latter case, after the appropriate checks, I will communicate the new price.
