Vintage Fabric Patch

This is in overall good vintage condition. There may be some very minor surface wear from storage. But this has not been previously attached to anything (new old stock). I do want to note that it's darker around the edge but it's pretty symmetrical, and I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that or if it's stained from the black thread. So please review the pictures closely.
